How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

At the end of the booking process on our website, you will get a confirmation e-mail with the information for your payment and the options to do that.

Are there any limited kms in my rental?

We Rent prices include unlimited kilometers, which means that the customers can drive all they want. However, we recommend that the driver did not pass long periods behind the wheel and / or without resting properly.

There is a minimum age to rent a car?

We Rent provides a vehicle to any driver, but for drivers under 25 years or a driving license for less than three years an additional supplement of 6,15€ per day will be charged (maximum of € 54.00 per rental).

How will I be charged in case of damage or accident?

The fees depend of the category of the vehicle. Our employees from Reservations Centre or service desk, will be happy to direct you to the appropriate liability of the category of vehicle you want to rent. If We Rent recover the value from a third party responsible, you will be completely refunded.

Have I some penalty if I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel the reservation until 24 hours before the start of the rental you will not have any penalty. If you cancel later, We Rent reserves the right to charge the amount of one day rental of the hired vehicle. To cancel your reservation you can contact We Rent by calling 00351 210 199 003 or email.

What is needed in the car theft case?

You should first contact the nearest police station and then contact We Rent. The key of the vehicle and the police statement of loss or theft have to be delivered at We Rent. Your responsibility to We Rent will depend on the coverage subscribed at time of rental.

What does mean the SCDW coverage (Super Collision Damage Waiver)

Super Coverage Theft and Damage Waiver or SCDW is an optional cover, that allows the client to reduce the liability fees for loss or damage to the rental as the vehicle as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement.

When I hire a car I need pay with credit card?

We Rent estimated the rental amount and then get an authorization number from your bank. This amount is not charged but is retained in the cardholder bank until the end of the rental. At this time, the amount will be debited from your account.
